Remi
RVN & Final-year veterinary student, Royal Veterinary College
Remi has already spent many years in the veterinary profession. She is a registered veterinary nurse (RVN) who qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2019. After completing her BSc Veterinary Nursing degree in 2020, she applied to start Veterinary Medicine at the same university. This was a career change, but Remi wanted to focus on a surgical career path with a different type of responsibility. Having gone through the university application twice, she is happy to help other students realise that they too can have a veterinary career.
Nisha
Dentist, London
Nisha is now a qualified dentist that studied at Cardiff University. When applying to dental school, Nisha did not have much guidance and she did not know anyone in the dental profession, which made it a lot harder to know what the schools are looking for. Nisha can help mentees with any interview fears as well as share her experiences in the dentistry profession and resitting A-levels.
